Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We kindly ask that you allow extra transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number or tracking numbers.

The tracking number will become active within 2–3 days.

Customs, Duties, And Taxes

Our company is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, or other related charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes Or APO/FPO Addresses

Our store ships to addresses within the U.K., U.K. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please note that additional transit time may apply for orders shipped to these addresses.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details so the customer can investigate directly with the carrier.
